Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones this website currently uses, and how you can manage your preferences.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're used to make websites work, remember your preferences, or collect information about how the site is used.
2. Cookies this website currently uses
At present, this website does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and where legally required, we'll ask for your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential cookie is set.
The table below shows the categories this website may use as it develops, and what each is for.
| Category | Purpose | Currently active? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for the website to function — for example, remembering that you've closed a banner during your visit. | Not currently in use |
| Functional / preferences | Remembers choices you make, such as a cookie preference setting. | Not currently in use |
| Analytics | Helps us understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate, so we can improve it. | Not currently in use |
3. Third-party content
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and, where you choose to use it, a WhatsApp click-to-chat link and, once configured, an embedded Calendly scheduler. Loading these resources may share limited technical information (such as your IP address) with Google, WhatsApp/Meta, or Calendly under their own privacy policies — this is separate from any cookie we set directly. We don't control cookies set by these third-party services.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
Even where a site sets no cookies of its own, your browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies from any site at any time, through its settings: Chrome (Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies), Safari (Settings → Privacy), Firefox (Settings → Privacy & Security), and Edge (Settings → Cookies and site permissions). Blocking all cookies may affect how some websites, including third-party embeds on this one, function.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There isn't yet a common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not currently respond differently to that signal — reflecting that no tracking cookies are set regardless.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website's use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
7. Contact us
Questions about this policy can be sent via the Contact Us page, WhatsApp at 07879 176519, or in writing to Mutex Systems (Private) Limited, Ealing Cross, 85 Uxbridge Road, London, W5 5BW, United Kingdom. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data more broadly.
